Tea for Two-sday ~ Holiday Teas

Hope you are all having a lovely Tuesday so far! If you happen to like handmade doilies, you better enter my giveaway from yesterday.

Different types of tea put me in different moods and I love being in a Thanksgiving or Christmas mood! I realized that I have some teas that represent the upcoming holidays for me.

The first is Thanksgiving, one of my favorite holidays and a very neglected one as it seems to get ignored while everybody gets ready for Christmas. Here are my teas that make me think of Thanksgiving:

Orange Spice, Pumpkin Spice, and Cinnamon Apple Spice

Yum - spicy, warm, harvest flavors. Take a little time while prepping your Thanksgiving meal to sip some tea and find some calm for at least 5 minutes before you get back to the chaos!

Here are the teas that put me in the Christmas mood:

Eggnog , White Christmas, and Christmas Eve

I love the slightly cool, mild, mint and vanilla type flavors. These definitely have more of a winter feel. I'm already picturing myself with a warm cup in hand gazing at twinkling Christmas lights in the night. Something about tea just seems to help you find those peaceful little moments.

Do you have special teas that you drink for Thanksgiving or Christmas? Or do you just drink your favorites year-round?

  1. I really want to find that pumpkin spice tea. It sounds so good. Where did you get it? I know you probably said once before but it's easier for me for you just to reply lol.
    Hugs.

  3. I LOVE orange and spice tea...mmmm..so good!!! That is definitly a fall favorite. I have to admit, since starting to drink coffee, I have neglected my tea drinking. Perhaps tonight I will cozy up with a warm cup of tea (in a cute little tea cup that someone got me) and enjoy the peace.
