Stop and Do 2 {July}

I don't know if you had a chance to join me last month for Stop and Do 2. I picked 2 tasks that I needed to work on and tried to do them every day to turn them into daily habits.

I worked on staying caught up with dishes and keeping up with putting away all clean laundry. Did I achieve perfection? Of course not!! But it did happen more often than not and even left me more time to tackle a couple of other things. In fact, I was recently getting the house ready for company and it didn't take me near as long as usual because I had been keeping up with everything better - yay!

Did you work on 2 habits in June? If so, how'd you do?

I liked focusing on just the 2 habits and the accountability really helped me. So I'm going to continue Stop and Do 2 every month - picking out 2 new things each month {and still trying to keep the other habits I built up}. I made a new little button to put on my sidebar for it and you're welcome to use it if it helps keep you accountable! And remember - we're not going for perfection, just improvement!

So each month you'll see that button on my sidebar with my 2 habits listed as the caption. For July, I'll be working on drinking water daily {I know, I know} and sorting through paperwork daily - meaning throwing away the junkmail right away, putting bills where they belong, etc.

Stop and Do 2 with me! What 2 things do you need to work on daily?

I'll ask about it on my FB page and Twitter occasionally to help keep you {and me} accountable.

Have a blessed and productive day friends!

  1. I pretty much tanked last months two. LOL! I'm going to blame it on the kids. Cause that lets me off the hook somehow and the kids have no idea I'm blaming them. It's pretty much a win win situation.
    But because I love ya I'm going to come up with 2 NEW ones and see how that goes. I'll let you know when I come up with the perfect ones.
    Big is eating and sleeping good ones to pick size hugs to you!?
    Love you my friend.
