Coming Up: Teacup Tales & Fall Fruits Festival

Welcome to another week of stopping to smell the chocolates!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

My Dad was here visiting last week and we had a nice time, but that means that I didn't accomplish much around the house (Totally not my Dad's fault; I just don't seem to be motivated to do house stuff while he's here!). Back to business this week!

I'm *officially* reminding you of upcoming events for my blog...

The first is happening tomorrow for Tea For Two-sday. We're having Teacup Tales and you get to link up your teacup posts!! Forgot to write up a teacup post? There's still time - write one today or tomorrow and link it up on Tuesday. Write anything (family-friendly, of course) you like about a teacup, many teacups, your teacups, other teacups, crafts with teacups, teacup pics or teacup poems! Be as creative as you want!! I can't wait to see what you've got to share!

This isn't a great button, but if you want something to use in your post, feel free to grab the pic!

On Friday I mentioned the Fall Fruits Festival that will start next week. I'll be talking about pumpkin, apples, pears, cranberries, and chocolate (You didn't think I would leave out the chocolate, did you?). Each day will have a different *fruit* and you'll be able to link up posts every day! So get your posts/recipes ready! And there'll be some cute little giveaways!

I did manage to create a button for the Festival and I would greatly appreciate it if you would help me spread the word on your blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and e-mail! You know how much more fun it is when lots of people are coming by - it turns into a party!!

I really do hope to see lots of great Teacup Tales tomorrow and tons of posts linked up next week for the Fall Fruits Festival!!

Have a marvelous Monday my friends!!!

Trivia: How many exclamation points do I have in this post? Let's see how many people get it right - LOL!!

  5. I totally write with to many exclamation points but then, I talk that way too! Yup, over-exclamation-point-itis is what I have. I just self-diagonsed!

I'm glad you had a lovely time with your father. I would love to see my daddy again, and I know that I will when I get to Heaven someday.

Until then, I'll just enjoy hearing about everybody elses!

  6. Can't wait until the Fall Fruits Festival. Just because I'm, you know, compulsive ... did you list the fruits in order from Monday to Friday? I wrote up a pumpkin recipe and need to know which day to schedule it to post.
