Savor 7 {Saturday} ~ 12/29

Welcome to Savor 7 {Saturday} friends ~ a new way to share blessings and encourage each other! *You can either follow my categories or just simply list out 7 blessings from your week - this is not meant to be stressful!* For explanation of the 7 categories, see the original post

Let's look back at our week and "savor" {to have experience of; to taste or smell with pleasure; to delight in} together.

7 blessings. 7 experiences, tastes, smells, delights. 7 ways to share, encourage, inspire. 1 for each day of the week. Join me? Write your own post sharing 7 blessings from your week ~ link it up anytime this weekend. If you don't have a blog, share your blessings in the comments - I'd love to hear them!

Savor 7 {Saturday}

SCRIPTURE:

Matthew 1:21 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins.
STORY TELLER: I LOVE the post Christmas Thoughts by Lori at Enjoy The Process!! I totally agree with her! And I can relate as I was SO far from achieving my expectations this Christmas - but I was still blessed and still enjoyed everything!

SOCIAL: Hmmm...what social event was there this week?? Christmas of course!! We traveled a few hours to spend a couple days with the in-laws. It was a good visit, but so nice to get back home! Did you stay home for Christmas or spend it somewhere else?

SILLY & SNAPSHOT: Hubs and I ran to a store while visiting and on the way back we drove through the little town we were in. We saw this store and laughed so much - we drove back around just to get a pic - LOL! Is anything actually a dollar in there? You might find something for 25 cents, but then again you might find a $100 item. :)

SIPS: I got some Starbucks gift cards for Christmas and I'm trying to have at least a couple more Caramel Brulee Lattes {my fave flavor} before they're gone, gone, gone for the season!

SWEETS: Too.many.sweets. Besides all the Christmas goodies, I did take Pioneer Woman's Nantucket Cranberry Pie for Christmas dessert. You must try it - it's so so good!

  2. I love that store's sign. So cool. And mmm....Starbucks. Year after year I tell people all I want is a gift card to Starbucks for Christmas. And year after year I end up with stuff I don't like, want, or need. You make me jealous. lol. :)
