Stop and Do 2!

Following challenges has really been working for me so far this year {as long as they're not too complicated}. In March, I did Money Saving Mom's Early to Rise challenge {got up around 6am on the weekdays}. In April, I did my own blogging challenge {published 16 posts that month compared to only 7 last month}. In May, I did Money Saving Mom's Clutter Busting Challenge {I got rid of SO much stuff}.

I knew I needed another challenge for June. But I wasn't finding the challenge that would make my husband a very happy man - the Keep The Dishes Mostly Done And The Laundry Mostly Folded & Put Away Challenge! So, I thought I should just make up my own challenge again. But that one seemed just a tad specific in case some of you wanted to join in. :) So - pick any 2 habits that you struggle with and just focus on getting those 2 done daily in June! It's the Stop and Do 2 Challenge!

Um, guess what my 2 will be? My goal will be to keep up with the dishes so they don't become a huge chore to do and to keep laundry folded and put away as it comes from the dryer. These 2 will not be easy for me. They get pushed to the bottom of my list so I can get other things done - any.other.things. And then I run out of time, of course.

Are these the only 2 things I struggle with? Nooooooooo. But they are 2 that bother me and bother the hubs for sure, though he is nice enough not to bug me about them much. And hey, Father's Day is this month. :)

Let's not be grumpy like I am in this pic - let's find the joy in accomplishing our goals!

  1. Hmmm.....The first thing I think of when I think of something I want to get back to doing is meal planning. I've slacked way off and I need to get back on board with that but that's basically only once a week. The other thing would be bible time. I'm so sporadic some times and I KNOW I need that more than anything. So I'm thinking those are my 2 to do this month.

    Big my dishwasher is my daughter and I love doing laundry cause I'm weird so that's not a problem size hugs to you!

  2. These have been my two things to work on all year. I'm getting better!!.......most weeks. lol. Dishes I'm doing well on. Laundry...some weeks I sometimes still let it sit there in the basket or dryer. Usually if it is a busy week and Abby is teething or just grumpy.
