Savor 7 {Saturday}

SCRIPTURE: I made it through Psalms and am now in Proverbs - woo hoo! :)

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

STORY TELLER: Are you the mom of a boy? Then I highly recommend the blog MOB Society ~ For Moms of Boys, By Moms of Boys. The MOB Society is about reaching the hearts of boys for the Gospel & preparing a generation of men to love the Lord. Go check it out!    

SOCIAL: Nothing much in the way of social things this week, but that's OK! I'm "social" every time I get on Twitter or Facebook, right?! :) How social were you this week? 

SILLY: I'm combining Silly & Snapshot together, because I can. :)

SNAPSHOT: Hubs has been on a strict low-carb diet and we haven't had much bread/rolls, etc. in quite some time. I have a low-carb cookbook that has a recipe for rolls so I decided to give it a try. Seemed like it was working OK. And look! Look at these beauties! They look pretty good! I'm gonna slice one open to eat warm with some butter - mmmmm.

Um, wait...who ate the inside of my roll?

That would be a hollow roll my friends. And yes, they were *all* like that! I looked back at the directions and saw "Do not overmix or you will get large air bubbles." oh. LOL! So instead of rolls, I have roll bowls - ha,ha. Anyway, I'll have plenty of low-carb breadcrumbs! :)

SIPS:  It's National Coffee Day people!! Woo Hoo! If you look around online you'll find plenty of coupons for free coffee at different places or coffee discounts. I'll be grabbing a Peet's iced caramel latte today with a $1 off coupon. What's your favorite kind of coffee?

SWEETS: I shared Peanut Butter Pie a couple days ago {yum} but since it's National Coffee Day, you should also check out my list of coffee desserts!
