Sweet Sunflower Butter Bites

Hey - it's another No-Bake recipe! {I have several on the blog.} I decided to make an interesting twist to the original recipe and use Sunflower Butter because I wanted to try a kind of "butter" that I hadn't eaten before. I really like the taste of it in these bites, but you can use peanut butter, almond butter, or any other nut/seed butter you want to try.

Warning: This is not a health food - it's a dessert! Don't be fooled by the sunflower butter - LOL!

And this was supposed to be coated with sprinkles, which wouldn't stick too well with the sunflower butter for some reason. You don't have to have a coating, but it makes them easier to grab and eat! Try coating with crushed nuts, cocoa powder or anything else you come up with. :)

Sweet Sunflower Butter Bites

1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sunflower butter {or other nut/seed butter}
3/4 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate sprinkles or other desired coating

Combine powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and sunflower butter in mixing bowl. Stir until well-blended. Stir in mini chocolate chips and chill until firm. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and roll in sprinkles or other coating. Chill until firm.

Easy! You could whip these up for dessert tonight! Or have the kiddos make some. Fun!

Have you had sunflower butter before? Do you have a favorite nut/seed butter?
